Purpose and scope
These terms of sale apply to the supply of the RawDrop app by ZITOCORP to any person, consumer or professional, who obtains it from an app store: Google Play and, where applicable, the App Store (the “store”).
They supplement the store’s terms, which govern payment, download and the user’s account, as well as RawDrop’s end-user license agreement. By downloading or buying RawDrop, the user accepts these terms, which are available at any time on this website.

RawDrop versions
RawDrop transfers photos over Wi-Fi from a compatible camera, RAW files included, using the camera’s “Send to Computer” feature, then develops them on the phone with the user’s own profiles and presets. There are two versions:
- RawDrop Light, free: every feature, with receiving limited to 5 photos per day (one photo includes its RAW file and its JPEG; the counter resets every day at midnight, phone time). Photos beyond the limit stay on the camera and can be received on the following days; development is not limited. It lets users try RawDrop with their own gear and suits occasional use.
- RawDrop, paid: a one-time purchase granting a license with no time limit and no subscription, with no limit on the number of photos received.
They are two separate apps in the store: buying RawDrop does not carry over the settings of RawDrop Light, and the camera pairing and the import of looks must be done again. The main characteristics of each version are described on its store listing and on this website.
Required equipment and compatibility
RawDrop requires: an Android phone with a hotspot; a camera with the “Send to Computer” feature; a USB cable that fits both the camera and the phone (for example USB-C ↔ micro-USB), for pairing, once. This cable is not included.
The list of compatible cameras published on this website separates the cameras tested with RawDrop from those whose “Send to Computer” feature is confirmed but not yet tested: it is indicative. Before buying, users are invited to check that RawDrop works with their gear using RawDrop Light, for free.
RawDrop includes no profiles or presets: users import their own, for which they must hold the rights.
Price
The price of RawDrop is €4.99 including all taxes for France. It is shown by the store before purchase, in the buyer’s currency and with the buyer’s country taxes, and may therefore vary from one country to another. RawDrop Light is free.
ZITOCORP may change the price at any time; the applicable price is the one shown by the store at the time of purchase.
Order and payment
The purchase is made in the store, with the user’s account, under the store’s payment methods and terms. The store confirms the purchase and issues the receipt. ZITOCORP has no access to any payment data.
Delivery
RawDrop is downloaded as soon as the purchase is confirmed, on the devices linked to the user’s store account. It can be reinstalled under the store’s rules, without buying it again.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a purchase (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). However, under article L221-28, 13°, this right cannot be exercised for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal: by confirming the purchase and starting the download, consumers request the immediate supply of RawDrop and acknowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal.
Refund requests follow the store’s policy, which may allow a refund within days of the purchase. In case of difficulty, users can write to us at contact@zitocorp.com: we consider every request. RawDrop Light lets users try the app for free before buying.
Legal warranties
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), including for the updates needed to keep RawDrop in conformity. In case of lack of conformity, they can have the app brought into conformity or, failing that, obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract, under the conditions set out in those articles.
RawDrop relies on features of the camera, of Android and of the phone that are outside ZITOCORP’s control. Operation with a camera that is not on the list of tested cameras is not guaranteed; an update of the camera firmware or of Android may also affect it.
Liability
RawDrop reads the photos on the camera without deleting or changing them. We recommend keeping the originals on the camera’s card until you have checked that they were received.
ZITOCORP is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the app, from incompatible or faulty equipment, or from a network or power interruption during a transfer. For consumers, these limits do not apply in case of fault by ZITOCORP and in no way reduce their legal rights. For professionals, ZITOCORP’s liability is limited to the price paid for RawDrop.
Intellectual property
RawDrop remains the property of ZITOCORP. The purchase grants a right of use, under the end-user license agreement, not ownership of the app.
Personal data
RawDrop collects no personal data. The processing of order information passed on by the store and of messages sent to support is described in the privacy policy.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, consumers may bring the matter, at their choice, before the court of the place where they lived at the time of purchase or of the place where the damage occurred, and keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. For professionals, the competent courts are those of the jurisdiction of ZITOCORP’s registered office.
Changes to these terms
ZITOCORP may change these terms. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of purchase; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
